One of Sandie's passions revolves around the rights of animals. She's been involved in fundraising for Lost Angels Animal Rescue for several years now; in fact, a portion of the proceeds of Love Finds You in Holiday, Florida will go to help the non-profit group with their expenses. And Lost Angels paid her back in a big way: They brought a free-spirited Collie named Sophie into her life after the loss of her 15-year companion Caleb.
It was her 8th novel that opened the door to finding her way as a writer.

My thoughts:
I've had the opportunity to read two of Sandra's books within the last few weeks and I have to say she's "got the gift" of writing romantic comedy. You'll snicker, chuckle, and outright laugh as you turn the pages of her romance infused books.
Her lead characters in this novel aren't as young as characters in most romance novels, but don't shy away from this book because of that. For me (who is the big 4-0), if a book is well written it doesn't matter if the characters are 15 or 50. So if you're in the mood for some light-hearted romance, be sure to pick up a copy of this one.
